ZAMAT

The signature restaurant at Hyatt Centric Guatemala City is Zamat, a fine-dining experience offering a local’s perspective of Guatemalan cuisine. Lang & Schwander was contracted to fully furnish the 133 rooms, included common area and furniture. L&S was able to work side by side with the developer and general contractor throughout the project. Thanks to the comprehensive design package by HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates) and the innovative layout of the building along with the support of the client this came to be an extraordinarily luxurious and grand project.
