The Portuguese hotel chain Pestana restored and combined four historic Mid-Century-Modern residential buildings into one hotel. Lang & Schwander was contracted to custom manufacture, ship and install all FF&E and Millwork for this boutique hotel property in the heart of Miami Beach.
