The signature restaurant at Gran Hotel San Jose Curio Collection is Cultura 5, a fine-dining experience offering international cuisine with local flavors. This property is a landmark due to its historic building in the old center of the capital city, San Jose. Lang & Schwander was selected to manufacture the majority of the common area FF&E for this grand property. It is the first of its kind in Costa Rica, possibly the region.
